Here at Algent we care about the safety and well-being of our customers. As you know, everyone has had to make some relatively drastic changes, and we would like to give you an update:

Our warehouses are currently having normal shipping times. However, please note, due to on going challenges your order may be subject to delays due to COVID-19. Thank you for understanding. 

Our main priority is the well-being of our staff and customers; So our team is making sure deliveries and customer service are running as usual, from the comfort and safety of their homes.

We will keep this page updated should there be any changes.

Service

All manufacturers and shipping partners are currently operating as normal worldwide without service disruptions at the moment. However, if delays due occur we will notify you as soon as possible. Check out our Shipping FAQ

Precautions

Our couriers are putting in place contact-free delivery to assist you in this period. Both our warehouse in USA and our delivery partners have implemented all relevant guidelines and are using their own safeguarding practices.

For now, our main advice would be: choose delivery to your home if possible, as many shops and offices may be closed.

We would also like to extend our thanks to our staff, our logistics partners and, most importantly, you, for continuing to support us and each other in this unusual time.
